Laminam (Porcelain) General Material Disclaimer

Aesthetics & Natural Variations:
Laminam surfaces are engineered to replicate the organic beauty of natural stone, including intricate marble veins and earthy textures like Slate, Ardesia, and Travertino. Please be advised that slight variations in color, tone, and pattern distribution are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process. While materials such as "B.Match" (Bookmatch) are designed for pattern continuity, perfect alignment across seams is subject to the specific layout and slab dimensions (e.g., 127"x63" or 47"x118").

Surface Finishes:
This disclaimer applies to all specialized Formino finishes, including: Lucidato / Polished / Starlit: high-gloss surfaces designed for maximum light reflection. Natural / Soft Touch / Matte: smooth, non-reflective surfaces for a contemporary feel. Textured (DNA, Rain, Bocciardato, Fiammato): tactile surfaces with intentional ridges and grain to mimic weathered or hammered stone.

Installation & Technical Standards:
Laminam is a high-performance technical porcelain available in various thicknesses, such as 1.2cm (reinforced with mesh) for countertops and 5.6mm or 3.5mm for wall cladding. Handling: large-format slabs must be handled using professional suction equipment to prevent stress fractures. Fabrication: to maintain the integrity of the edges and prevent chipping, fabrication must be performed using diamond-tipped tools specifically rated for high-density porcelain. Substrate: slabs must be installed on a perfectly level, stable surface to ensure long-term durability.

Maintenance & Liability:
While Laminam is exceptionally resistant to heat, scratches, and stains, it is not indestructible. Avoid dropping heavy objects on edges and do not use abrasive chemicals on polished finishes.
